Rosie Escalante
Rosie A. Escalante is an attorney with experience representing clients in both personal
injury and construction litigation matters. A Charleston, South Carolina native, Rosie
earned her undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston and went on to attend
and graduate from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
Having represented both individuals and insurance carriers, Rosie brings a well-
rounded perspective to every case and is able to analyze legal issues from all angles.
She is a zealous advocate for her clients, combining strategic thinking, thorough case
analysis, and practical problem-solving to develop effective litigation strategies and
pursue favorable outcomes. Her experience across multiple areas of litigation allows her

Outside of the office, Rosie enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and spending time with
friends and family.
