Robert C. Gunst, Jr.
Rob has devoted himself to aggressive representation of clients located in North Carolina and South Carolina. His breadth of construction experience includes large complex commercial disputes, mixed-use projects, student housing apartments, industrial facilities, public projects, and residences. He also defends personal injury claims arising from premises liability and motor vehicle accidents. Whatever the nature of the dispute, Rob is focused on delivering efficient and effective solutions that benefit the specific goals of every client.
Rob is a third generation lawyer and a Charlotte native. He attended Wake Forest University Law School after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina. When he is not in the office, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife Hallie and his daughter Palmer. They are members of Myers Park United Methodist Church.
