Josh Hinson
Josh is a native of South Carolina and still has family living in the Upstate. He is a proud graduate of Presbyterian College and the University of South Carolina School of Law.
Josh began his career at the South Carolina Court of Appeals, first as a staff attorney, then as a law clerk to Chief Judge James E. Lockemy. He has extensive experience defending general contractors and subcontractors from claims of construction defects in both North and South Carolina. He also assists his clients by filing and enforcing lien claims to secure payment.
Josh spends his free time trying out new restaurants in Charlotte and watching Braves games with his cocker spaniel, Harvey.
